Anyone planning to be at the Sahara Cup this year. I think we should
try to go as a group. It is more fun that way. Any body willing to organize
a get-together at the stadium. Lets cheer our Boys or may be Uncles to victory.

Hey looks like we are getting a good response to this. Well we will have to decide when to go, I will prefer the early games ( my univ. opens on 15 :)). May be we can get a good deal if we buy lot of tickets.
IS THE SAHARA CUP GOING TO BE SHOWN ON TSN THIS YEAR. I HOPE SO BECAUSE I WANTED TO SEE IT LAST YEAR BUT IT WASN'T SHOWN!! COULD SOMEONE TELL ME IF IT'S GOING TO BE SHOWN THIS YEAR OR NOT.
I hate to desturb you folks again but I NEED TO KNOW IF IT'S GOING TO BE SHOWN ON T.V. THIS YEAR. LIKE WHICH STATIONS IN CANADA LIKE TSN OR MAYBE AN AMERICAN STATION LIKE ESPN, will they show the matches?
Naseer I don't know if TSN will show it or not but don't count on it. They showed it the first year but not last year. TSN normally has a very busy schedule so it's hard for them to fit cricket games in it. But you can keep your fingers crossed.
But if you have Satelite Dish then you can watch the games.

hey are we all planning on going together still??? if yes, we have to chose a day, i like the first Saturday or Sunday, atleast the games will have a meaning then, near the end if someone has won more than three then there is no point. WHAT DO YOU ALL SAY?
Could some one find out if there is any group rates. If so may be we could gather-up required # of people. I already know three people who would be interested to go.
I'm in for sure but give me a couple of days and I'll find out who else from my gang wants to go . . .at least one for sure maybe four others . . .

Okay I just talked to the Ticket Master and they said there are no group prices, I don't konw if someone can help us with this if they know the organizers. But if that doesn't work out I don't think 23 dollars are too much to pay for a game which lasts the whole day.
Only problem is how we are gonna do this whole thing, I mean, if we all are going together then we need to get seats together as well, and that means we have to buy them together. so one person has to pay for everyone. I was thinking may be at the gup shup weekend one person can collect the money and buy the tickets for everyone.
Jeez guys if you don't see me there, please don't miss me either.
