Hi all,
i wanted to know how safe would it be for foreigners to be flying to pakistan (lahore) for a wedding? anyone of you has any experience or common story?

and ayesha by foreigners i mean “goray”, not american/british Pakistanis. me and my fiance have very nice and close friends who really want to attend our wedding and see the pakistani wedding.
foreign-nationality-holder-pakistanis should ofcourse not have a problem, cuz hein to wo pakistani he na? harkatoun say bhi aur dikhnay mein bhi

there is no problem with foreigners going to pak, esp karachi/lahore/isb - my friend recently went with me in march. possibly dont let them go around exploring by themselves just because if they get lost it would prob b very difficult for them to get home - as most taxi/rikshaw drivers cant speak english and i guess there is always some very minor chance they could be mugged or abducted (!unlikely, very unlikely).

and true not many people have the spellings like we do … and in the beginning everybody used to be like what’s with your spellings … hahahah … but i was like this is how i like it … but anyways
and yea i was wondering if they should be allowed to roam around and all … i guess they should always be accompanied by someone. hmmmmm … kab thik ho ga sab kuch …
how are things with muslims around the world by the way? in holland its so stupid … ugh .. many have decided to go back home for good becuz of the recent political developments.
