Safe to travel to Pakistan during pregnancy?

My docter told me to go away for a break to a warm place and since its been ages that I have been to Pakistan I was thinking that it would be nice to go for a few weeks time.

Would it be safe to travel to Islamabad and Lahore? I am thinking about Feb. and will be in my 6th month. is is hot in PK in Feb? I am looking for a place where the temp is 25+

Re: Safe to travel to Pakistan during pregnancy?

February is cold in Islamabad.. like really cold!! and most houses don't have central heat so you have to wear sweaters, socks, etc pretty much all day long! Now the weatehr is pretty good in Karachi in February/March.

I don't know if you area sking abut safe to travel during pregnancy or in general.. all I say is people live there, life goes on... I will not be scared to travel to my country!

Re: Safe to travel to Pakistan during pregnancy?

I agree with nadz, it's an odd prescription in the 21st century. But I think the 6th month is usually safe for travel.
