No coughs just nasal congestion and runny nose.. what are safe meds beside joshanda/vicks?

I didn't use anything other than paracetamol during pregnancy. Don't think much is safe. Anyway the cold will get better itself.

^ i wouldn't use anything, not even paracetamol (ie- tylenol). lots of rest, fluids, chicken soup, humidifier, orange juice/vitamin c and joshanda/vicks should help.

Tylenol only if you have a fever. No advil at all. otherwise, get plenty of rest and fluids and that's about it.
