Is it true that Lahoris are going to celebrate this festival ? And will be it that much safer ?

I feel bad when Basant is banned. Its a part of Lahore’s culture. It should never be banned. However, its every individual’s responsibility to make it safe and secure. Govt should take the initiative but they arent the only one responsible. Public should be equally sensible.

I feel that way too, but there should be a holiday for this festival, like today was a good day as it’s Kashmir Day.. Govt could have used it for basant too..
