I may be wrong but what I understood is like this:
The poet is saying to his loveone that the way this beloved has treated the poet is as if poet is some dead person for him. But poet always loved him and after getting such treatment, the memories of the past haunt the poet as if his beloved is a nightmere… and that’s exactly poet does not want to happen…
I could be totally WRONG. So, sorry in advance.

Actually......This sher is in response to another sher
long story...
but the crux is that the lover has accepted all the hard things, behaviour , attitude from his beloved and now he has no more courage to bear her treating him like this....he is letting her go... but without her his life would be like safaid chdar..which is blank.....there is no colour in it...... and that safaid chadar is kafan.....
and as you people know that people ususally come in black mourning dress when they come to someone's grave.... so now...he is asking her to stop coming to her grave like life...... i think i should post another sher of this poem also...tab ap ko shayad samjh aa jay.....
meri qabar per sur rakh kur ooncha rona na kabhi
is ghutan main phir turup uthay na tumhari talub - zara socho
(that she wanted him to go away from him..and now ...as he is gone finally..she should not come to his grave like life again to mourn......he may long for her again)
