Awesome batting by Sachin :k: I agree with the other posters - if anyone deserves this record, its Sachin !! And the fact that he got it against a quality SA bowling attack, is the icing on the cake

I didn’t see the innings but must have been great. Hats off to Tendulkar. SA back to what they really are… chokers. Almost every batsmen SR is above 100. :k:

Its Tendia who really was the one, whom I always through would do that sort of innings some day.. He proved a lot of us right today. Excellent batting and feat, its going to be a treat to watch the highlights. Someone is going to make millions if not billions by selling DVDs of this innings. :k:

With due respect to Sachin (the only indian player that I truly respect), this 200 is only half as good as what saeedbhai did. Remember, when saeedbhai played there were no power plays!!

of course ~50 °C in summer of chennai (at the time saeed made his record) really cant be compared with 9°C of Gwalior, India (Sachin's weather playing situation). :p

and saeed made his record while playing against India, in India, UNDER PRESSURE!

ps. no doubt sachin is a great cricketer, but he is not a good sportsman. and this 200 i dont know how will it help India except for he will get more sponsor-br-and endorsements and not leaving his spot for any new comer.
