Bcz of PCB's negligence S.Ajmal got suspended,Sheharyar Khan admitted that in ICC meeting held in Cardiff in June 2014 ICC was strict on it.

Don't they round off anything less than 0.5 to 0? That is 1.4 is 1. So 40 degrees is 0?
