how sadqa khairat help you at easing hardships in your life? I heard people saying doing such deeds can attract good & also remove obstacles. How this works? logically i mean...is it the prayer of some other person that we get or is there some other logic involved ?

No I think its the give and take overall.
Like not sure if you believe in Karma or the principle of "what goes around comes around". This in my opinion works in the same way. It doesnt have to be anybody's duas. In fact its preferred to not even let the receivers know who is actually giving.
In the end its all about how divine role comes into play. You trust God and you do your best. Thats all
