SAD: Seasonal Affective Disorder
Weather affects some people to the extent that it can cause depression type symptoms.
Any experiences or details on this?

i knew a lady who had that. she said that before seh was diagnosed with that she was really cranky and it really affected her family as well. but now she just turns on that special UV lamp and she's fine.
Woah, I maybe suffering from that.
Well, either that or major depression. :(

I have actually been seeing a therapist for the past two weeks. So far, so good... I suppose.
I am quite a cynic when it comes to these things (i.e. seeing a "shrink") but I figured I wouldn't be able to cure my own self of the depression so I might as well talk to a professional. Anyway, it's only been a short while... and the therapist I am seeing is quite nice (for lack of a better word) so we'll what happens.
