After realizing that whatever happens, happens for good, I listen to songs to make me feel better, or worse :)

Aww im the same. Except I just tend to write sad poetry and listen to sad songs and drown myself in my tears

sharing something: i've been sad over someone's situation who i recently came to know a bit.
& the best thing i can do is this: that i pray for this person to be comfortable in speaking up and trust, as well as be trustworthy.
prayer is necessary as well as a singularity of mind to make the best decisions, confidently. also, having a friend to talk to, is essential.

When I am sad, I avoid people and just stay in my room or somewhere else ALONE. I don't want anybody's sympathy.

really when i think of this, i feel sad enough to simply wait and see what happens with all good intentions to not be unfair, expecially not appear to be arrogant.

Sometimes I feel sad without any reason, & want to cry my eyes out but at some other times I'm so happy & without any particular reason. It seems like that happiness originates from somewhere within! Does it happen with u people as well. :)
