It's a collapsed mosque, looks like a bomb hit it. The roof with the minar on it crashed down on to the floor, you can see a bit of the wall near the center of the pic. I wonder what would have happened to the people inside. If this happened in Pakistan, it most certainly happened due to releigous intolerance. But that isnt something new, The prophet (PBUH) used to pray for his Ummah all the time, but as soon as he left them they began fighting with themselves and this continues till today. How sad.

This is a mosque in Iraq. I believe it's built at the site where the 11th Shia Imam was buried.
The mosque was bombed earlier this year.
