Sad Video - Child Labor

This topic has not been discussed in Pakistan’s political agenda. This is so terrible!

Re: Sad Video - Child Labor

Forget about it being discussed in political agenda…we do not even hear People of Pakistan (elder people who are part of society and some are even educated folks) worry about this. Their minds and time is overworked to search for and discuss videos of Reham Khan in a skirt but they do not even try to provide some help to these kids or start some apni madad aapp mohim to help these kids near their neighborhoods.

Re: Sad Video - Child Labor

First of all, thanks BSB for pointing this issue out.

Its extremely sad and painful to watch these videos and a blind injustice happening with these poor kids.

But if you analyze entire situation, the solution for this problem, like every other, starts from its identification. Now in Pakistan how many people have you met who can actually identify that its a serioius issue? And then among them, how many condemn it and then how many take any serious action to stop it?! Very minimal. I’ve seen it with my own eyes hardly 5-6 yrs old boy working in a garage as a “chota” mechanic and not only that he was being punished when we saw him. I was too young at that time but my mom literally yeld at the “senior” mechanic for doing this cruelty.

My point is that, this is a huge social issue. We all have to recognize its importance and we all have to raise voice against it. Forget political parties , we know who they are but this must be resolved by ALL of us.
