I don't agree.
Don't look down. Look up.
Always focus on improving your own skills so that you consistently add value to the organization that you are a part of. If you stagnate, then you will become a dinosaur anyway.
Teaching those junior to you will not eliminate your position unless you cease to improve yourself.
