What do you do when you feel sad or unhappy?

try to look for postives in this context, maybe phone up a friend talking out the problem with someone you can really trust and they will try to get you through this? having someone listen makes you feel a little bit better

i eat chocolates when I’m unhappy and that really helps

When i am unhappy with... it depends on who made me unhappy. Naturally if its serious i'll go and give them a taste of thier own medicene... :ASA:

However if i'm just feeling unhappy for other reasons then i've got Gupshup bhai and bhena to cheer me up... and if that fails then heck i thank god i can ring up my fammily back home.
