THis picture is being spread by the people who in their sect wear the green turban.

dudes.. i've been there countless times (ok like 5 or 6) but that is not the prophets (pbuh) grave.

the grave is behind a fenced area in the masjid nabawi and the fenced area is very small. just big enough for the grave.
and the guards at that time (1985-87) i was there, they let ppl look inside. it just that you're not supposed to stand there for long. maybe things have changed now.
