looks like ur assuming on ur own.

never saw sachin giving any interview about double century, infact it was the media.
.

You are right there was no interview by Sachin but it was widely reported in Media and John Wright also mentioned in his book.
Wright says Tendulkar ‘felt let down’ after Multan declaration | India Cricket News | ESPN Cricinfo

someone here saying dravid would have scored better and other one saying virat scored in much lesser balls, have to look at condition of game defferent suitiation.not just tendulkar any player who is out of form will take his time, sachin has strike rate close 86 it’s stupid to say he plays slowly.

That is where I disagree. It does not matter of you are out of form or not, team cause is most important. Nothing justifies his crawl from 80-100 in 36 balls, bulk of which was in power play. While he was playing slow, Raina was blasting them all over. So there was nothing in pitch. As soon as he scored 100, he was able to score back to back fours. Apparently he was out of form only when he was between 80-100.

Just FYI, This was his 2nd slowest 100 and he had played for 23 years in various tough conditions and against better bowling. This one came against a lousy attack and best of batting conditions. India should have scored 350 in that match.
