i actually like akhtar because he has a sense of humor and is generally a colorful character in a sport filled with bores. but this episode has been amusing to observe. the two most class-less players in cricket so eager to be interviewed and given an opportunity to disparage the classiest player in cricket with nonsensical commentary about shivering. bitter peasants throwing rocks at the throne.

please take some time to examine the significance of the 2003 innings and its implications for this nonsensical comment. if facing akhtar made him shiver, then he should have practically fainted while facing him on a stage like the world cup. how did he magically turn off the shivering for that match?

Firstly Sachin Shivered doesnt mean he Use to Shiver EVery time he faced Akhtar ......It happened only 1 or two times and I m not dis agreeing that Sachin didnt played well against Akhtar in 03 WC match .....Im Accepting he that he smashed him all over the ground but U should accept that it takes a bowler to Bowl Sachin on the first ever bowl he Bowled
And Akhtar has got SAchin on 8 different occasion not only just one and u can even check it out at cricinfo

before someone commenting on sachin performance in early 2000s in which akthar got better of tendulkar
which was also wrost part of sachin's 22 year old cricketing carrer with back injury in 1999-2000 agains't pakistan in bangalore or chennai test(he almost won the single handedly,but didn't happen thanks to injury) ,he had to reduce his bat weight .some of the shots have completely disappeared,then the tennis elbow happend,in between he had injury to his (finger and feet),same goes for akhtar by the time sachin got better of him not in 2003(2006-07 series,in between there was no series ) akhtar wasn't in form and had few injuries,pace came down a bit from 150s to 140s
