^ F & B even though I rate Tendi very highly, stats can be misleading, lets remind ourselves that only a year or two ago the Indian god’s batting test average for the year was below Murali. I am sure you remember it.
yes… For a period. Every one has some bad year. and he followed it by scoring 500 odd runs without getting out in 3 or 4 test matches( A world record), which started with a double hundred in AUS. He averaged 17 in an injury prone year of 2003 and average 91 in following year 2004. It was like Inzi average 17 in 1998.
Point I am making here is this… There is no one in present generation who has better record against AUS than Sachin does. There is no one in current era who has played Warne better than Sachin. Do you agree with this or not?
Therefore I think this thread by Funguy is stupid. I think only guy who is going to miss Warne most is Sachin because he enjoyed kicking his ass. Warne used to get nightmares of Sachin.
I just thought when Inzi and Yousuf’s overall stats against Aus and SA are so nil, why bother with their away stats because believe you me they would look even worse

F&B. This was written in pure just......nothing wrong with that.
Secondly it's not just SRT's record...........Lara's record, nearly 3,000 runs and averaging 51 in more matches against Australia is equally good if you ask me

Totally agreed. But making fun that SRT would enjoy Warne's retirement is purely stipid considering he is the most successful bastman against his team. Its even more stupid when it comes from supporter of a team whose batsmen average in low 30s. :D It becomes even more funny when you noice that Captain if the team has scored 10 runs in last 5 innings against AUS. :D
