May be Kapil dev is irked by the status of Tendulkar .No one understand that it is that ''status'' and ''over expectation'' doing the damage for Tendulkar in tough situations . I don't think any other cricketer in the world carries the baggage of expectation like him .Yes ,his knocks in Perth ,Edgbasten ,all gone in vain.Why? all others failed . May be it is his unluck that when he was in his sublime form ,all othet Indian batsmen failed to deliver or give him support.

Then why have Inzi's, waugh's and Lara's knocks not gone in vain? because they too had to carry their teams single handedly and all others failed?

S Rajesh’s damning verdict. His stats merely confirm what most of us already know. There is no doubting Tendu’s ability but when it comes to sheer reliability and batting well under pressure, when the chips are down etc. Gavaskar beats him hands down

No, of course it was not his fault, it was Wasim Akram who caught and Saqlain Mushtaq who was bowling.
