CAN some please help me how to cook this daal ,it’s that black daal.
i know we can boil it and it cooks easily.
What type of masala’s should i add to give it a good twist and what kind of tarka?

maah - I think you are pronouncing it in punjabi.
You mean mash daal ?
but you are also using the word Sabuth...........so I could also mean sabut masoor ?
