Because you do not appreciate the difference between soaps and real life drama. This is good stuff you are missing on. It may not be entertaining, politically correct and family oriented BUT this is what shapes us as a society.
Did anyone catch Capital Talk last night?. They had this young girl who was gang raped repeatedly over a period of 10 days. The culprits roam free while the victim alongwith her mother is knocking the doors of justice. It took them over a week to get an FIR registered. There were TWO women parliamentarians present in the show and they were more interested in their political agenda than helping the poor girl out. It is believed that the rapists have close connections with the political parties.
Insult to the injury, the victim is a Christian. All kinds of issues of minority rights are being raised.
