Saamri aik aadmi tha in Musa AS’s time who mislead the ppl of Musa AS to create a cow of Gold during the 40 Days Musa AS went to Mount Senai.
So to have a band name as such .. Is a laanti kaam it self and laazmi the outcome of it ..something haraam - Songs

As per 'MY' knowledge the word 'Saamri' comes in the Qur'aan where it explains the whole even which took place. Saamri was a guy who after realizing that Arch Angel Gibraeel AS had visited Musa AS, and where the Heavenly horse/buraaq type animal of Gibraeel AS had landed, saamri gathered the dust/sand of that place..Those same particles / sand was spread upon the golden cow which came to life ..
