i heard first time about saaagh gosht,usually make palak gosht,i dont cook saagh with gosht.

I am sure its the same? Palak is for spinach in urdu and saag is the same thing - possibly from Pushto perhaps?

Yes saag is mustard plant. Well palak with methi and qeema when eaten with plain rice is one of the tastiest dishes.
