The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said: “The Muslim Community (Ummah) is like a body; if one part is in distress, the whole suffers.”
There are countless families that are enduring the Gaya’s current ordeal. It is important to understand this case from all sides. With the current publication ban, much of the information is not known to the public. Hence, it is important as a concerned Canadian citizen, to find out for ourselves and ensure that justice is served.

Its times like these, where muslims are asked to show support for their fellow brothers. For inhumane treatments of detainees, to the false accusations against their own people.

This isn’t something happening half way around the world, but in your own backyard. Today saad, tomorrow it could be you.

Re: Saad Gaya's Bail Hearing - Toronto

If he is innocent, i hope he gets what he deserves.

Re: Saad Gaya's Bail Hearing - Toronto

He deserves to stay just where he is.

Planning an act of terror is unacceptable at any age. There is no reason for any muslim to show compassion or dignity towards a someone who spent a summer learning how to kill innocent people. Each and every single one of these 18 goons was complicit in the plan to kill Canada's prime minister. Sure they were led on, but not a single one of them ever objected. Not one! Each and every one of these men knew what they were about to do and now they've got to own up to it.

Complaining about solitary confinement? No human rights? HAH! These chums are lucky the country they hate so much has kept them alive so long. Had they lived in an Islamic wonderland, they'd be hanged by now.

Re: Saad Gaya's Bail Hearing - Toronto

*As I have always said on this issue, these shmucks deserve exactly what they are getting. There was a reason why this criminal was put behind bars in the first place.

Thank you hskhan for that appropriate response.*

Re: Saad Gaya's Bail Hearing - Toronto

Its funny how you cant provide an iota of evidence for that. You bull****ters can talk smack, but when it comes to facts, and human rights, you're ignorant, and support the likes of little girl molestors and drug addicts like Mubeen shaikh.

In the 10 hour audio tape 'evidence' there was no relevance made to beheading the prime minister, the comment was totally irrelevant. As well as the accusation of the guns, which were licensed and registerd to MUBEEN SHAIKH only.

You applaud the work of people put under inhumane conditions, and support terrorist organizations such as CIA and CSIS.

Why bother opening your mouth when only ignorance spills out.

Dont talk about things which you have no knowledge of.

Re: Saad Gaya's Bail Hearing - Toronto

Yeah, and care to list the reasons why all of them (except for this youth) are out on bail, for not having enough evidence present?

Its time to swallow your pride, for ignorance only prevails for a short time.

Did you even bother to read the articles or watch the documentary?

Im guessing not.

Re: Saad Gaya's Bail Hearing - Toronto

Only Allah knows if these kids actually committed the crime or not.... it was really heart breaking to read Saad family's hardship.. and how his sister is facing the situation ... I just hope and pray to Allah that they get justice inshallah

Re: Saad Gaya's Bail Hearing - Toronto

human rights are still that right? human rights..depriving of water and bothroom facilities is a bit much.

whether he is guilty or not is for courts to decide but until then..innocent until proven guilty.

Re: Saad Gaya's Bail Hearing - Toronto

I pray for Saad's family, and hope he gets justice. inshaAllah
