I am sorry for going a bit off-topic again, but aMiGo, your statement implies as if she should be whipped right away. I am sure that is not what you meant, because that will not only be barbaric, but against all what islam stands for. Even in Prophet Muhammad's (salalah o alaihay wassalam) time, the pregnant woman (with an illegitimate child) was not even touched. She is allowed to give birth and nurse the baby for the required number of months. Punishments, if any, are to come after that.
