The Mig35/Mig29OVT is inferior to the J-10. Radar isnt as good, TVC isnt as good, manoeuverability isnt as good. It's somewhere between the J-10 and Jf-17.

He knows everything actually without udaate ya banaate. To be precise, he knows that whatever pakistan has or is going to get is superior :D ....Besides, many of J-10 specifications are not yet public. So cannot be commented.

The Mig29OVT is old technology, Babuji. Look up the specs of the J-10 and compare them. J-10 has the edge on basically everything.

There is one key factor. Mig-35, as defined, is a paper plane. J-10 is real. I do hope the IAF goes for Mig-35 as their next fighter. That would mean that they will not be ordered before 2015 and deliveries won't begin before 2030. Meanwhile PAF will be well ahead with J-10 and hopefully J-XX.

But i can guess that atmost it will be fitted with an PESA radar and MIG-29OVT ,in all likely hood will be fitted with AESA radar which is better than PESA. MIG-35 is fitted with thrust vectored engines whereas nowhere i didn't listen about TV engines in J-10. so Mig-35 will be a more manouverable plane than J-10.

i dont get it? why dont you guys just compare the stats instead of making claims of superiority? and if you can't find stats of both planes, then why claim yours is superior?
Accorting to Wikipedia,
M35 is longer with a bigger wingspan and is heavier than J10, doesn't that put them into different segments? M35 has a range of 4000 km and J10's range is 2900 km.. all their other stats too seem non-comparable to me.. they seem in differnt segment.. hence debate about which one is superior is not valid since they perform diff functions, have different advantages and disadvantages..

ssingh, J-10 has 3-D Thust Vectoring System with a triple axis quadiplex Fly by Wire System. The Russians still do not have this technology. Thrust to weight ratio is much more favourable for J-10, Mig 35 has a take off weight of 16 tonnes, J-10 of 12 tonnes.
Your talking about the Mig-35 that has not even entered service yet. By the time it does AESA radars will be on all Chinese planes and on the Paki ones probably too.

The Russians do not have triple axis quadruplex FBW. They only have quadruplex FBW for a lateral axis. The MKI has this version of FBW in its systems. JF-17 afaik also has lateral axis quadruplex FBW systems.
