So the F-16I can go and come back all on its internal fuel?
Instead, I believe if it were to happen, IDF would’ve just put its a/c in Iraq and then flew on from there which would be much easier!

according to globalsecurity its range is 2100km that puts many but not all targets in Iran withen range even if they fly from isreal

Pak was allowed and accepted to run the centrifuges because of its 60 years long post-independence (and 100+ years of pre-independence) services to the West. Yeap there were many in the West who didn’t want Pak to have those toys, but the pro-Pakistan lobby held those opponents long enough for the “project” to be completed.
Comparing Pak with Iranian Maulana-lunatics simply ignores the perpetual anti-West shenanigans of the bearded ones. Join the pro-West club, and you will be allowed to have your favorite stuff. Off course the lethality of the “stuff” depends on your closeness to the West.
Iran may or may not be the member of the nuclear club. However its leaders are making it damn sure that Iranian people suffer tremendously. The suffering may be indirect as in economy, or direct as the possibility of attacks.
Look at Afhan’s one-eyed Maulana asabs. They had the power, almost the control of the whole country, and yet they had to resort to petty things. The result was an utter devastation of the country.
Dogs may bark but the caravans have to be well-fed before they go anywhere. And right now it seems like Iranian Maulanas are feeding their people mostly radioactive and hot-gases.

Get out of your jungly cave and see that Uncle Sam is already ready to say bye-bye to Iraq. There may remain a couple of bases in Basra and Western Iraq. Otherwise GIs are ready to come home. Troop strength will be down to 135K by Feb, and Allah-willing they will further reduce to 100K by next Christmas. I see 40 to 60K troops level in the region for many years to come. Look at WWII war fronts and the American bases are still there. This is how top powers maintain the order in the world.
However Maulanas of Iran may have to say bye bye to Iranian economy for a long time to come. More poverty and more frustration is the only outcome of Mullah Rule.

First, what makes you think that Isreal cannot refuel these planes in flight?
Second, the easiest way to approach Iran would be to sling some cruise missles under the wings. The cruise missles could be fired from hundreds of miles away, penetrating the airspace at very low levels, while the fighters return to Isreal.
The Isrealis are capable of thinking out of the box, and they have the technological abilities to adapt the aircraft and weapons already in their arsenal.

What I had given was a quote from globalsecurity which gives different versions regarding the range of F-16Is.If the F-16Is can reach most targets in Iran there is no need to use the cruise missiles,and dont expect the iranian airforce to shootdown the attackers they will be heavily escorted.so any chance of Isreali pilots falling in iranian hands is very low

If I am not wrong, even Israeli submarines carry 900 km cruise missiles on them as a 'second strike capability' but they can be used here, can't they?????

They are very much like the US Tomahawk, CEP is within 2 meters.
The point is that the Isrealis can and will hit whatever they want. They have satellites to locate the anti-aircraft batteries, and the cruise missles fly low and have the radar cross section of a bird.
The only thing the Iranians can do is bombard the Israelis with essentially SCUD missles with conventional warheads in retaliation. Much like Saddams' SCUD, they have a CEP of 1.3 km, in otherwords no accuracy at all. That is fine for delivering a nuke, but not so fine for any other type of attack. The Patriot and Arrow batteries will down the majority of the missles, as they fly high, and give plenty of warning. So the most that the Iranians can do is chase people into bomb shelters, and be seen as fairly impotent in their response.
The EU and IAEA have always been the carrot, and Israel the stick. The carrots have failed. The recent bluster from Iran just gives the Israelis better footing to claim self-defense for an attack. The window for an attack is closing, but the Israelis probably have excellent intelligence coming from Russia. Don't forget that Russia still has millions of Jews, and many Russian immigrants to Israel still maintain close ties at home. The Russians are in the drivers seat. They could care less if Israel destroys things, the Russians will almost certainly make money rebuilding whatever the Israelis blow up. Irans only real friend is Hezbollah, and Israel does not mind if they come out to play, Israels now has tactics that work against their leadership.
Israel has outsmarted and outmaneuvered the Arabs for 50 years and 3 wars. There is no reason to think that has changed.

Squatter state of Israel has outsmarted arabs in 3 staged wars wow that was difficult let them try a real war lets see how far they get, tried it in lebanon against a militia they flopped, tried it in jenin against refugees and took them 2 weeks to destroy a refugee camp wow what achivements!
