Whenever i put on eye liner on my lower eye lids within a few hours it’s all run down below my eyes and i can very convincingly pass for a racoon 
. The same thing happens if i apply mascara on my lower lashes. No, i don’t rub my eyes and my eyes don’t really water much either. And i doubt it’s the brand of eye liner i’m using because this tends to happen with any eye liner i use, regardless of brand. Any suggestions about how i can prevent my eye make up from running?

why dont u use kajal..or a good pencil eyeliner..
liquid eyeliner dont suit everyone..and most of the ppl do get tears b/c of the liquid gets into the eye part..
as for the mascara..i just dont use mascara on my lowerlid..cuz my lashes arent big enuff

i switched to a waterproof mascara. it's harder to apply and isn't smoother, but it sticks much longer.
apparently MAC has a special eyeliner for that...but i really don't want to shell out $17 for a stick that is as long as my finger

I would use a pencil eyeliner instead - i find that my eyes water easily and are more sensitive around winter time - so i usually swap over to a pencil crayon type around that period which lasts all day and looks more natural too...
