PCG actually if memory serves me right in previous discussions on GS it was mostly the ladies who find prenups distasteful.
as far as walkign away with 50% of everything benefitting men, I think atleast for desi families that would be a minority situation anyways. for every couple where the woman makes more than her hbby you will find 40 doctors or lawyers whose wives earn a whopping grand total of $0.00/year.
anyways back to the topic, as far as credit checks go., I dont think they can make or break a relationship but one should know what they are getting into especially in arranged marriages.
