Rumsfeld still delusional as ever

Perhaps some waterboarding would bring him into reality?

WASHINGTON — Former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld concludes in his new autobiography that the war in Iraq has been worth the cost and remains largely unapologetic about his handling of the conflict, The Washington Post reported on Wednesday.

Had the government of Saddam Hussein remained in power the Middle East would be “far more perilous than it is today,” Rumsfeld wrote in his 800-page memoir, scheduled for release on Tuesday.

Rumsfeld and other U.S. officials cited the threat posed by Iraqi weapons of mass destruction as justification for the 2003 U.S.-led invasion. No such weapons were found.

Re: Rumsfeld still delusional as ever

he's feeling that major guilt from so many US soldiers and iraqi civilians dying over a war that wasn't even necessary. a corrupt politician to the highest degree. how can he bring down a ruthless dictator like sadam yet give so much support to all the other dictators in the middle east? he'll twist it however way he wants now with his warped logic.

Re: Rumsfeld still delusional as ever

this man is an idiot…here is what he once said

"“We do know of certain knowledge that he [Osama Bin Laden] is either in Afghanistan, or in some other country, or dead.”
