Went for taravi w/ bros and dad as usual and our IMAM gets up and says, “Lets have a vote you guys.” "How many people here want to go pray EID in Fort Worth which is another town away or do you all want to pray rite here in your masjid.

This guy yells out isn’t it sunnah to read together?! A man in the back yells back you don’t count because this vote is for people that come to the masjid on a regular basis…the other guy was just visiting or something… they both started yelling out loud in arabic, “Mahallah shah bin fook dum dum koi jajaja!”
Back and forth back and forth over and over again…till the imam said, it’s haram to raise your voice in the masjid. We all were in shock and couldn’t believe what was going on.
AND THEN
Two mins later we stand up for prayer and a guy from my line moved up because there was the little gap and this other pakistani uncle freaks out and goes, " I CAN NOT PRAY SO CLOSE!" He like ran to the back of the line like a little boy.
