There needs to be a rulebook or something…where all the rules n policies are collated in one place…and properly numbered and referenced…that would make it easier for everyone i think…
if specific rule coulc be cited in case of any ‘official communication’ regarding rules…that would be good.
well.....they do have some sort of 'rules' n 'policies' which members are expected to follow and they are supposed to 'enforce'......but i think they are scattered allover the place....its not too much difficult to compile all that in one place (as it appears to me)...
Every forum has sticky with those rules in writing like Lusi has said. Some rules that are not written are common sense and hence should be self-explanatory. I.e. rules like ''not insulting others'' or ''not inciting arguments'' or ''not spamming'' or ''not being racist'' etc etc, those rules are not in writing but are more in common sense and hence its assumed that everyone will follow those normal decency guidelines as to how to behave.
yah well compiling all those rules into one is a bit overwhelming when someone has to read them. each forum has its rules and they're stickied in that forum.
then comes the overall rules that generally apply to GS or any internet forum...i.e. not flooding forums, or starting phaddas yada yada...but that's like...common sense?
Nomi... I am sure they can all be compiled in one document. I am not sure if azkar wants that at this time.
As a mod, I find easy to look up the rules for that forum in the forum I am moderating or update that one thread as needed. It is easy for me to cite them for members when needed.
