I cried at my friends sister’s rukhsati:smack: We are close so it wasn’t so bad but people were looking at me like, erm why are you crying (especially as she was moving to my town)

I will be moving to a different country next year inshallah, after our rukhsati. I know there will be lots and lots of tears.

Oh man, these are beautiful photos capturing the human spirit. Now I want to cry! The brides are so sweet!!!

I never cried at my vidaii (last year) but I haven't lived at home in 12 years and my parents moved twice after I left for college. I think we were too happy that we survived the wedding!

But, my mom told me at my haldi, "may god bless you and bring you both lots of happiness. i love you beta." That makes me cry because she passed away five months after the wedding. And I look at those photos and wail and wail... :*(

My aunt can cry at the drop of her hat. We had gone to a wedding of a distant cousin where my aunt just started bawling. Now the girl who was getting married, it was just the first time that we were meeting her, but my aunt cried and cried like she has known the bride for ages! A few women around the bride told her, go meet your aunt, poor thing she seems very upset. The bride gave her a hug with a super confused expression on her face. I bet she had no clue who my aunt was!!

We laughed and laughed all the way back home :D

Same case is wth my phupo on my bhabi rukhsati she was equally crying wth bride family n my mum in law cried wth me on my Nikah :)

OH I am so sad now after looking at the rukhsati pics here, but not for my own rukhsati, it makes me sad thinking about my little princess when her time comes, I can't bear to think about it I am getting teary eyes now....boohooo

I did not shed a single tear at my rukhsati. i bawled on the mehndi day BEFORE getting to the ceremony but that's about it. lol these pics make me feel like maybe i didnt do something right haha

I cried at my bhabi’s ruksathi.. Didnt even shed a tear at my own… But for some reason…seeing other girls leave there homes makes me cry. :hoonh:
