the essence of Islamic civilization
integrity of the Muslim people
strength of the Ummah
sovereignty and self reliance as a nation
within and without contracts of justice and fair dealings
the image of the faith
& the character of its followers
all is a mocking mix of confusion and self-destroyed and misrepresented or misunderstood wreckage
nations and ideas go through rise and fall
but, faith must not meet such a bad end.
scholarship, documenting Islamic revival,
bringing out the positive among Muslim examples - as people, places and events
understanding our own faith and making it understood as what it really is all about
perhaps, can help reclaim the real sacredness of the faith to us, and in the eyes of the world that is contemptuous of our faith, as times are indicating for a while now.
