^ to be honest, its not rude or mean… just an observation.

Maybe the MIL shouldnt have passed the information on… but it doesnt make her an idiot. She probably didnt assess how it would be taken?

how is it NOT rude? I’m sure you wouldn’t be happy if ppl commented negatively on your looks during your pregnancy.
