Definitely Rs. 8500 billions can not be stolen by few persons. More than a nation is required to plunder such huge amount. My comments were sarcacism, keeping in view this report written by a donkey head. I LOL at the band baaja on this concted, ficticious report.

The data is spot on. Transparency International is very very very very very good at what they do. I would trust them over any government any day of the week. That includes the military dictatorships.

Read my post # 35. The contradictory reports made this organization un-reliable and stupid. Again do you believe Rs 8500 billions have been stolen? If yes from where??? For argument sake if you consider that above ficticious report is correct then my stand is all pakis are corrupt to plunder this huge amount.
