I did not think much previously. But now whenever I come across this kind of scene I feel like taking them all with me and put them to work. May be if someone start that service where they pick these people up in a van and go to all the construction sites where they can surely find work.

i thgt of Mexican sitting on the side of roads waiting every morning to be picked for work - they too have the same hope in their eyes... this is of course is in Houston TX, USA.

In every city you will find them standing or sitting on the road in front of some home improvement store.

what i meant was that there are "rozgaar" needing work, sitting on the road in hopes to find work...even in America.
