Feeling very weak this ramazan, maybe due the long hours (18 hours).
I am not eating fried stuff, even balanced things, like fruit chaat, sabzi, meat, milk for sehri ect… but still dont have energy to do anything during day. then comes iftari, I eat and all I can think of is doing the namaaz and going to sleep asap.
another problem is the water intake, I cannot take more than one and half liter between rozas, I know its not a lot but I just cannot drink more, then I am thirsty and feel dehydrated all day.
Any tips to get more engery during the roza and afterwards. thanks
how about taking any multivitamin? this is what i am doing it
if you cant increase the water intake.... increase intake of fruits which has more water for examble... watermelon ,cantaloupe this is what i eat everyday at sehri if not then at iftar.. have atleast a plate full of watermelons you want feel dehydrated anymore IA and include any multivitamin

With an 1 year old baby, I try to get enough sleep but she does wake up once or twice during nights, so some days are good and someday I would have liked to sleep more.
Hinna, do try to those fruits, but when I am full nothing goes in anymore.

I can gurantee you that majority of your weakness is result of not enough sleep and not because of not enough nutrition.
