I’m getting upset right now because I feel that I’m failed to manage both my kid and routine
I go for work at 9:30 am and come back around 6:30. But Today I decided to go to GYM as I am having some fitness issues these days. so I woke up at 7:30 and went to gym then came back around 9:00. I rushed to get ready for work, during all this I got extremely exhausted. Now I’m at work and didn’t like my morning today I am worried how would it work in the future?
The problem is about my Gym timings, like if I go there in evening after work then i won’t be able to give my child enough time. she sleeps at 10:00, and I would be left with only 2 or 3 hours for her after gym which i believe would be unfair to her.
Please guide me how to manage my routine. My Morning wasn’t good and I am not feeling fresh today

Well u will be use to it, just in the beginning go on & off like in week go only 3 or 4 time, just 2 days in working days & other 2 days in Saturday & Sunday, be on bed at a proper & regular time like 11:00 Pm or what ever, once u will be on track & ur body will adjust to the routine u can start going 5 or 7 days a week, what ever ur requirement,
