she as a designer is wonderful but when it comes to customer service, her line seems to be managed by her children who have gotten terrible reviews on gs.

faraz is a good designer, his sister helps him on the biz side, and he does the designing.. his work is quite nice - he makes 2-3 bridals MAX for any one season, and they are usually based on one theme...
his bridals start from 2-50 lakhs.... he will NEVER i repeat NEVER deliver on time, so if your good at lieing lie about ur wedding dates, so you get it well in advance... Also, you need to be on top of him with attitude etc, yes! he is one of those designers!
3 of my cousins had their bridals made from him, one of them never got hers on time! my aunt wore her old jora to her sons walima.. sinc ehe didnt deliver..
and my own bhabhis walima joda we made it from him, and i was in his studio till 1 am! to get it for the next day, and function was in another city...

PLUS.. this time on my brthers weddings.. we used ONLY Bina mahmood, Elan and sana safinaz.. and all of them delivered DOT on time! sana safinaz service was great and so were the clothes and the delivery was right on time.. Elan is pricey but awesom!
and Bina has raised her prices and c osts as much as sana safinaz, but shes really really good..
