My sister in laws BFF got one. They swear by it, how wonderful it is.
i don't understand why she purchased one as she herself makes fantastic rotis.

Tentative date is spring of 2015 but to be honest I am not confident about it.

Because if it works the way it shows, you can make rotis effortlessly. You set it up and do other work while it dishes out the rotis.

don't you like it proto? its such a nice meld of the old n new! .... the age old tradition of hot fresh roti but in minutes!
is it any different from washing machines, toasters, refrigerators and electric/gas stoves? ......... what one does in the meantime is up to the person ....... you can work on designing a nuclear weapon to destroy the world or teach an illiterate to read or write .... get on FB to post selfies or write a protest for some injustice in your community .....

We don't eat a lot of roti but for someone who makes them everyday, its very practical.
I'd definitely be interested in seeing how it works and if the rotis are truly that good.

I was trying to say that anyone who has ordered it will not get it until early 2015. A few lucky ones were in testing program they were all relatives and friends of the owners of the company.
I would love to have one , but it is highly overpriced. $1000 is too much money for this little gadget.

I believe thats just MSRP...it will still cost around 500-600
