My mother makes these amazing “Methi wali rotis”
It’s pretty much Nikki’s pyaz wali roti plus fresh methi, red chilli powder, coarsely ground corriander seeds and 1/4 part (or as much as you like) gram flour(optional) .
Mix all dry ingredients well then add water and knead the dough.Set aside for some time to let it set. Make rotis as usual ![]()
