I took pictures while making rotis to show my cousins that I know how to make them. Thought I’ll share them here too

PS : The fourth picture isn’t of the same roti, but I forgot to take the picture when I flipped it
So make a pera, flat it out in a round shape with your belan. Your tawa should be hot, and put the roti on your tawa. When it’s half cooked, flip it, let it cook on the other side(when you see small bubbles), flip it again. Now take a tea towel and fold it in a ball like shape, and slightly press the roti. And your roti will puff up like in the pix
