I just want to know if you can use Roshan digital account to transfer money out to UK from Pakistan after selling property.
The money would be in Pak Rupess and if possible would then be converted into £ sterling.
It keeps saying that roshan digital account must be funded by remittances what ever that means.
That’s a very good question about Roshan Digital account. I checked the FAQs on State Bank of Pakistan website, especially question#14 and question#15. The answer seems to be that you cannot use Roshan Digital account for the purpose you mentioned.

The money used to buy the land came from the uk 30 years ago but now it seems if you sell the land you cant bring it back and just leave it there to sink into the infation pit

Wise (formerly TransferWise) is a legit money transfer service, I have used it many times to send money to Pakistan. I don’t think they transfer money from Pakistan. There is Habib Bank AG Zurich with branches in UK and Pakistan, perhaps check with them if they can help you. It would be much better if you can send someone to one of their branches physically for inquiry. In the past I used them to send money out of Pakistan but that was over 15 years ago. Don’t mistake regular Habib Bank for Habib Bank AG Zurich.
