I don’t think so it can be use as moisturizer use moisturizing cream …

I don’t want to use a chemical cream on a daily basis.

I don’t know about using it as a moisturiser but it can be used to prevent or reduce puffiness around the eyes and as toner to prevent to tighten pores. A Persian friend of mine (rosewater is super common in Persian cuisine) mentioned that it also helps with dark circles around the eyes.

I started using it..hopefully it will work on my dark circles too.

i don’t think that rose water alone can be used a moisturizer as you need an emollient for moisturizing. you can spray rose water to refresh your skin, but you cannot moisturize with it.

I heard glycerin with rosewater ..but I wanted to use rosewater alone :hinna:
