cuz i dunno how long they’ve had it sitting on the shelf, and everywhere i read it should be referigerated…

what does rose water all by itself do for the face? Like if I apply some rosewater directly to my skin what will happen?

Really? The rosewater & glycerin combo I have seems fine without being refrigerated.

Yes, you should moisturize. It's not very drying but it's good to use anyway.
