I think Military regime and Pakistan railways are doing decent job when it comes to education facilities, the Army Public Schools and Pakistan Railway school are by far better than any govt school and little better than average private school registered under the local board.
I would say need to have more universities having research facilities and what we do not need in these universities is some ex-general being appointed as VC type thing…
