None. I don’t fancy the idea of becoming dependent on medications and topical treatments that have other side effects (e.g. photosensitivity, peeling skin, increased susceptibility to infections over the long term). Just eat well, exercise, drink lots of water, and avoid stress. Rosacea is very manageable, at least it is for me and I see a very direct effect of what I put in my body showing up on my face.

Why don’t you drink tap water?

I find that my Rosacea has become a lot more manageable, once I stopped drinking tap water. This may be just psychological. How long have you had Rosacea? I have had it for the past 8-10 years since I was in my early twenties.
