What you do is leave a dead skunk in the house. Hide it nice and good and then leave. Make sure it will take them months to find it in the mean time it will stink up the place with its rotting flesh.

I once read this story about how this woman (in order to get the house back from her ex husband) placed some shrimp inside the curtain rods. Stunk up the place and nobody could figure out where it was coming from. She got the house.

PCG, just say deal is off, she can have the damn tables, and the roommate is not moving in early and you are disconnecting all utilities and she can bite you.

this individual has caused enough grief for you that you should not let her hold three old tables over your head.

AND leave shrimp and fish in some corner of the house they can never find.
